Fresh Fig and Goat Cheese Salad

Taking advantage of the fresh figs Spain has to offer, this salad has become a summer and fall staple.

Ingredients

Fresh figs (we prefer the green ones!)
Goat cheese
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Honey
Salt and pepper

Halve or quarter figs, crumble queso de cabra and drizzle the rest. Enjoy!
